Drop City was founded by Shane, Hunter and Chris who have been playing music together since they were teenagers. In 2006 they formed Shwerver, an indie Denver based band that released Heat in mid 2007. Upon releasing Heat, it was time to move in a new direction, so embracing the spirit of Shwerver and joined by the talents of Dave Boger and Paul Schoenwald, comes the evolving rock bastard powerhouse of Drop City.
